Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@tutela.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the correct return address based on the brand and warehouse the item shipped from.
Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first. Items sent back without an authorized return cannot be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Address
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the specific US return address. Returns are typically routed to the brand-authorized distribution center for the camera you purchased (Arlo, eufy, Google Nest, Wyze, Night Owl, Hiseeu, or OHWOAI), located in the United States. For formal correspondence to the operating company itself: DOMAFORM LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@tutela.store if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item. Send photos of the issue and the packaging if possible — we’ll evaluate and replace or refund within 1–3 business days, no extra charge to you.
Refund Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items returned without original packaging or with significant damage caused by the customer
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a camera for a different one is to return the original (per the process above) and place a new order. This avoids waiting for the return to be processed before the new item ships.
Manufacturer Warranty
All cameras we sell carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–2 years from the brand — Arlo, eufy, Google Nest, Wyze, Night Owl, Hiseeu, OHWOAI). Warranty claims are handled directly with the brand. If you need help filing a warranty claim, email us at contact@tutela.store and we’ll walk you through it.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union (special-order basis only), you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Standard return conditions apply. We currently ship only to US addresses by default — contact us for EU special-order quotes.
