Tutela Shipping Policy

At Tutela we want your camera or system in your hands as fast as possible. Here is exactly how we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin once the order leaves the warehouse, not from the time of purchase. Tracking link is included in the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to all 50 US states.
- We ship to APO/FPO addresses on a special-order basis — please contact us before ordering.
- We do not ship internationally at this time. For EU or Canada special orders, email contact@tutela.store.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and carrier link. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then contact us at contact@tutela.store.
Delays
While we work to meet delivery estimates, Tutela is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), severe weather, holiday peaks, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always help you track down a delayed package — just email us with your order number.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If your package is returned to us undelivered, we will reship it once any additional shipping costs are paid.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@tutela.store. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
